Chelsea Beat Liverpool 2-1 At Anfield

Two goals from Gary Cahill and Diego Costa ensured that Chelsea defeated Liverpool at Anfield in the English Premier League, EPL, week 11 match played on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
Emre Can had given Liverpool the lead in the 9th minute before courtesy of a deflection from Cahill before the Chelsea defender cancelled out the lead five minutes later.

Costa scored the winning goal in the 67th minute after a superb cut in from the left flank by César Azpilicueta.

As a result of the victory, Chelsea now tops the EPL standing with 29 points followed by Southampton with 23  points, but with a game in hand.
